New Home Specialist
CurrentAct as the main point of contact for clients engaged in the new-home building process from initial sales call to final walk through of finished construction and post-construction warranty programs. The preparation and execution of sales contracts are always in accordance with federal, state and local authorities as well as company policy. Responsibilities include applying for building permits in accordance with the IBC Building codes and communicating with local Code Enforcement Officers on plan changes or revisions.Guide the customer through the entire building process including meetings with vendors on the new home site to discuss the management and upkeep of the newly installed applications, reviewing engineered Builder’s CAD drawings, schedules and specifications with customer and discussing building terminology and applications for new construction with relation to the final home plans
