Direct Report to the Head of Flying Operations:- Liaison with local agencies (Air Traffic Control, Ground, Airport) to ensure operational efficiency- Support & promulgation of company initiatives- Maintaining a good relationship with locally based pilots to ensure continued engagement- Ensure ‘Best Practise’ at all times- Promote fuel efficiency by use of Continuous Descent Approaches and sensible fuel planning- Raise awareness of On-Time Performance and Track Keeping statistics- Ensure that local Crew Rooms are maintained to a high standard- Mentoring of new First Officers in the base- Ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained within the base
