Duties and Responsibilities: Conducted business development for opportunities that support Irregular Warfare, Asymmetrical threat, or other market demand requirements in both the commercial and military sector. Connected business opportunities that complimented our Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), C4ISR, Engineering Services, and Manufacturing capabilities. Participated in business development strategies and mission planning, provided briefs, wrote & edited proposal material, and established & maintained customer relations. Managed and reviewed government proposals for conformance to NAVAIR acquisition procedures and DoD Directive 5000.02.Instrumental in directing, developing, and performing programmatic & logistics management operations that involve program oversight, planning, coordinating, and evaluating actions in support of Tiger Shark (UAS) & Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems (PGSS) program. Identified money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and service needs to support the programs and correlated those requirements with program plans to assure that the needed support was provide at the right time and place.

Main areas of focus - Additive Manufactruing, IG's, NROTC training and advisement, Program Menagement, NRP advisory to Chief of Staff and Flag Officer.08/1981 – 11/2014 US Navy Current Active Assignment: Attached to AIR 4.5x Special Programs as the Deputy Director (PM Level II). Responsible for directing and managing the Tiger Shark & Persistent Ground Surveillance System (Tethered AeroStat Helium Balloon & UAV) programs. Also, attached to the JRAC (Joint Rapid Acquisition Cell/OSD/AT&L) for facilitation and management of JUONS/JEONS portfolio, & JCTD’s, IAW the DRAS/DoD 5000.02, & CJCS 3470.01, and reprogramming of funds via ATR, Omnibus and RAA in access of $950 million. Attended as a voting or active member with multiple task force initiatives (i.e., JIEDDO, ISR, MRAP, SIG, FCB’s, JS) in support of JUON’s & JEON’s while rapidly deploying COCOM requested assets to the war fighter. SOCOM at MacDill A.F.B. in Tampa, FL. as the Reserve Operations Director of SPECOPS Rapid Acquisition Force 1194. Responsibilities include coordination and planning of 6 officers who initiate contracts for the purchase of specialized military equipment for Special Forces around the globe. Act as voting member on Special Operation Forces Total Asset Validation (SOFTAV) Configuration Management Board (CMB).
