Mark Morrison is a Sr. AV VTC Design Engineer at TekSynap. Colleagues describe him as "Mark Morrison and I worked together at ePlus for about 4 years. He is a hard worker with a ton of experience in Pro AV and Government clients. It isn't hard for him to quickly understand varying technology, regardless of the complication because he has seen so much in this industry. He joined our group as we were having difficulty growing in size and scale. He had confidence that he could help take us to the next level and that was exactly what he did. Mark envisioned a configuration center and coordinated with many levels of leadership to sell the idea, acquire the talent, and build the configuration center. He had numerous challenges to overcome including budget constraints and constant need for justification. I never thought that building something like this at ePlus was possible. I was shocked the first time I walked in and saw what he had achieved. The Config Center enabled us to go after some larger jobs that would have otherwise been impossible. The changes he made were very good for our group and I learned so much from him. He treated me and his other reports with respect and fairness.
