Later asked to join the company with responsibility for world-wide Dimensions services engagements in the Market Research and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) areas. Managed a team of 24 solution architects, consultants and engagement managers.

Joined to jump-start the firm’s efforts in analytics, with full leadership and P&L responsibility for the business unit, reporting to the CEO. Developed complete view of the analytics services market, determined vertical market focus, and set strategic direction for the group. Closed the group’s first, landmark deal with a major consumer packaged goods company to offshore their analytics processes. Grew the team from 2 to 40 employees in 24 months, including US-based sales and India-based delivery teams.

Reported to company officer. Responsible for $60M revenue budget, sales organization P&L, and management of a 60-member sales team in five regional offices. Set strategy and managed all activities for new business development and account management.

Key member of the five-person ZDMI senior management team that sold the division to Harte-Hanks for $105M, realizing a valuation of 11x EBITDA. Prepared offering memorandum, developed investor presentation, and pitched the division to potential buyers. Set division sales records for the team’s performance in 1999, achieving 109% of $41M revenue target and reducing cancellations by one-third. Regional Director of the Year in 1994; Sales Representative of the Year in 1992. Achieved President’s Club 10 out of 11 years in sales and sales management.
