• Oversight and management of 11 staff members responsible for inventory and programming for various Gannett broadcast stations in a centralized environment• Station support for the following networks: NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, MyNetwork, CW, Live Well, Estrella, Northwest Cable News, and various digital substations• Station support includes providing efficient inventory management to assist in maximizing station revenue for Gannett Properties, proactive approaches with programming, and identifying barriers that reduce efficiency (contract entry errors, separation conflicts, utilization of best practices, etc.)• Provides revenue reporting for corporate/station management along with any supporting documentation needed

• Oversight and management of 11 staff members responsible for inventory and programming for various Belo Corp broadcast stations in a centralized environment• Station support for the following networks: NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, MyNetwork, CW, Live Well, Estrella, Northwest Cable News, and various digital substations• Station support includes providing efficient inventory management to assist in maximizing station revenue for Belo Corp Properties, proactive approaches with programming, and identifying barriers that reduce efficiency (contract entry errors, separation conflicts, utilization of best practices, etc.)• Provides revenue reporting for corporate/station management along with any supporting documentation needed

• Performed daily duties of all functions in the television station including daily logs, copy, reconciliation, FCC compliance, and contract entry• Working with joint sales agreement partner, KXAS-NBC in Dallas with a sales force of 14 plus account executives• Management of daily schedules and operations of master control operators• Backup Business Manger functions including billing and payables

• Working with staff that included Paxson employees and Word Broadcasting in a time brokerage agreement situation• Assisted in build out of a new tower and transmitter• Programming that includes specialized situations with PAX airtime in addition to Word Broadcasting airtime including live television programs• Backup Business Manger functions including billing and payables
