I was responsible for ordering, merchandising, and inventorying all aspects of the Apparel department. This ranges from meetings with vendors to following open to buy numbers and meeting budget requirements.

As Store Manager I was responsible for all of the day to day business operations. I hired and trained all employees, was responsible for all AR/AP, marketing the store based off of current market trends and weekly and monthly sales goals and budgets, and maintaining proper cash control. I also followed open to buy for ordering merchandise, supplies.

As Assistant Manager I helped hire and train all employees on different aspects of day to day operations. I worked closely with the store manager to market the store based on current market trends and based on our weekly and monthly sales budgets and goals. We worked closely with the P&L report. I was also responsible for shipping and receiving, and AP/AR.
