In 2023, we expanded into a significantly larger location within the Dairy Hall at Queen Vic Market and we created a new business called &Cured (all-Australian free-range meats and charcuterie). In August 2023, we were acknowledged by Lord Mayor Sally Capp as Melbourne’s Small Business of the Year.
