•Responsible for managing a group of Account Managers that service portfolios of commercial real estate loans for multiple investors with a variety of collateral types in the most timely, efficient and responsible manner in order to protect the interest of investors and clients•Develop and maintain relationships with multiple clients including Wall Street lenders and large Life Insurance companies•Recruit and develop a team of diversely talented individuals

•Service Construction loans and process construction budget draws •Service Participated loans that include Construction, Retail, and Office•Review reserve disbursements prior to Supervisor approval for Warehouse team•Train new staff members

• Provide servicing and asset management for multi-billion dollar portfolios in conduit commercial real estate portfolios.• Monitor all aspects of commercial loan servicing, including mortgage payments, deferred maintenance issues, tax and insurance payments, payoff quotes, escrow analysis, insurance loss requests and replacement and completion repair draw requests.• Prepare case reviews for approval of the following: lease extensions, new leases, earn-out releases, easements, letter of credit releases, partial release of mortgages, and management changes.• Monitored cash managed loans, including lockbox setup and the running of payment waterfalls according to the loan documents.

• Evaluate borrower’s financial statements and rent rolls, and note changes in income, expenses, and other significant issues• Collaborate with borrowers to receive property and market information, as well as other required documentation• Participate in monthly Watch List committee meetings to review suspect borrowers and properties pertaining to poor property performance• Participate and coordinate monthly conference calls with high risk security investors
