Partnered with OUSD (A&S), OUSD (MR), OUSD (Policy), Army G4, and Army G3/5 to lead a 90-day spare parts assessment to determine Army and DLA spare parts requirements for Army donated equipment through Presidential Drawdown Authority. Efforts resulted in $43.5M in Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) funding approval for critically needed spare parts for Ukraine’s spring offensive to counter Russian aggression. ► Led Defense Logistics Agency’s support to Israel. Aggressively led DLA, OSD, and Whole of Government support to Israel for food, water, medical supplies, and aviation spare parts resulting in an increase of over 400% year over year in Foreign Military Sales with an 85% fill rate for Israel support.► Expertly managed J31 personnel hiring actions by mapping out hiring process to identify and remove bottlenecks and obstacles in the existing process. My actions resulted in a year over year reduction of personnel vacancies from 26% to 11%, while speeding up the process by 162% from the year prior. Efforts resulted in a 32.8% decrease in hiring process days (from 183 days to 123 days) from the previous 12 months, while achieving a 203% increase in personnel award actions completed during the same 12-month period.
