From 2001-2007, Mark was a Director of Sales at Microsoft where he was responsible for the sale and delivery of Microsoft and partner products, services, and support to enterprise customers across a seven state area

Before joining Microsoft, Mark was President of Tacit Knowledge Corporation, a consulting firm in the business of helping financial and professional service organizations improve front-line performance through the application of knowledge management tools and techniques.

Prior to this he held a number of senior level management positions at The St. Paul Companies, A worldwide organization and nation’s 9th largest underwriter providing a full range of property-liability insurance and reinsurance products and services to both personal and commercial clients. His last position at St. Paul was that of Vice President, Underwriting Systems where he was responsible for information systems support to all major domestic commercial underwriting divisions. In this capacity he led and managed an IT staff of over 200 with a direct annual operating budget of $60+ million, and was intimately involved in the development of a long-range technology plan for the company.
