Responsible for overseeing the daily facility and maintenance operations of 8 commercial facilities in Burbank, Hollywood and Valencia, Ca. Portfolio includes over 350,000 square feet of Post Production, Live Broadcasting, Film Laboratory, Class A Office, Film Vault and Storage Facilities. Managed multiple Construction and Tennant Improvement Projects. Responsible for introduction of a Preventative Maintenance Program and a Key Control System. Responsible for operation and maintenance of critical building systems including a 600 ton Chilled Water Central Plant, Emergency Generators, Emergency UPS backup systems and an array of HVAC and mechanical systems. Responsible for facility operational and Capex budgets, purchasing, contracts, city, county and state inspections, permits and regulations. Oversee and coordinate all onsite vendors such as Security, Janitorial, Parking and Landscaping. Involved with construction and Project Management of a 100,000 square foot, 7 million dollar build-out of a state of the art Post Production Facility. Oversaw and conducted facility shut-down operations locally and out of state.

Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of a 135,000 square foot, 24-7 Live Broadcasting and Office Facility. Equipment included: 790 ton chilled water plants, chilled water fan coils, split systems, heat pumps, package units, exhaust fans and Automation Systems. Also responsible for emergency generator and backup systems. Maintained a Preventive Maintenance Program, fire/life safety systems, outside contractors, city and county inspections, permits and regulations.

Managed a massive preventive maintenance, key control and work order program (Maximo).
