Current• I founded ConvEx in 2012, after a 15-year investment banking career. We first set out to provide high-quality advice to issuers of convertible bonds after they had been issued, especially when it came to fulfilling their obligations to investors around anti-dilution and settlement calculations.• From those early days we’ve grown to become the market’s #1 independent calculation agency business, acting on a significant majority of the equity-linked transactions in EMEA, as well as having expanded into calculation agency for other types of transactions, including: - capital securities (Bank AT1 and Insurance RT1 issues) - fixed rate bonds with make-whole calls - floating rate instruments needing expert advice to move from LIBOR to alternative reference rates - employee compensation plans, especially those which contain relative performance criteria against a range of other companies and/or indices• Today I lead a team of seven highly experienced professionals as we look after the needs of more than 300 clients.
