Based in a large fulfillment center in Torrance, CA, my primary responsibilities included supporting hundreds of on-site employees and all things Information and Technology (hardware, software, infrastructure, systems). Equipment and platforms included Microsoft Office 365, Tompkins Robotics, Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management (WMS), Jira Software (agile project management), ServiceNow (customer ticketing system). I also took on project management roles outlining work efforts and delegating team tasks while overseeing project execution and communicating with stakeholders.

I primarily a sub-contracted for large production companies providing technical support to clients such as Blizzard Entertainment, Capitol Records, Universal Pictures, and Walt Disney Studios. My responsibilities entailed installing/calibrating audio systems, operating sound boards for large events, and designing/programming/operating networked intercom systems. Events included live broadcasts, television tapings, musical performances, corporate parties, and film premieres. I worked with musical artists and voice-over talent as a producer, recording engineer, editor, mixer, and mastering engineer using Pro Tools, Ableton, and Logic Pro. I also consulted on audio purchases, system design, and infrastructure.

I was an intern at Hans Zimmer's post-production facility for five weeks. I spent most of my time with the audio engineering team, observing and assisting in recording and mixing sessions and working directly with world-renowned film composers.
