About Mark Horowitz
Mark Horowitz joined Glenview in August 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Mark was named Partner in 2008 and Co-President in 2011. Mark also serves as CFO of Longview Acquisition Corp. Prior to joining Glenview, he was part of the senior management team of Axiom Legal Solutions Inc., a professional services outsourcing firm, which he joined at inception in 2000. Prior to Axiom, Mark was a corporate and securities lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison for four years. Mark received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1993, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors.
