I really hated customer service when I got my first job as a teenager in high school at the local Piggly Wiggly. However, after working there for a couple of years I realized something about myself that surprised me...I was actually really good at customer service. Over time I had learned how to tap into my compassion for people and channel it into finding ways to turn their bad experience into a good one. It has become part of my personal culture & mantra that I have carried throughout my career. Today the customer service I provide is focused on managing relationships with internal teams and external partners...my customers today. Whether managing a category, inventory & replenishment, analytics, or merchandising & assortment planning, striving to provide a great experience through excellent customer service is always my goal. Additionally, I thrive on Relationship Management, Creating Processes, & Hitting Goals.
