• Advised both U.S. and International senior executives on specifics related to the weather, enemy and terrain in military exercises and operations. • Provided daily and weekly briefings to senior executives leading organizations of up to 60,000 service members. These briefings covered not only detailed actionable, relevant intelligence, but often included manning recommendations, budget updates, system requirements and project milestones. • Routinely briefed the U.S. Secretary of Defense on adversarial trends and tactics within Anbar Province, Iraq (2004-2005). • Established the intelligence section for the then newly formed Foreign Military Training Unit and Marine Special Operations Command (2005-2007).• Daily mentored Senior Iraqi Officers on specific intelligence techniques and targets within Ramadi, Iraq from (2008-2009).• Worked directly for senior executive leadership, inspecting units to ensure compliance to national and organizational regulations.

• More than 23 years as an active duty Marine, earning the highest enlisted rank in the Intelligence field (Master Gunnery Sergeant / 0291), specializing in leading teams of Marines who analyze foreign militaries. Five deployments: Amphibious deployment in 1997 in Africa and Europe; Amphibious deployment in 1998 in Africa and Europe; Operation Iraqi Freedom 2004-2005, 2008-2009, and 2009-2010. • Conducted operations and exercises spanning nearly the entire range of military operations and every combatant command. • Nine years experience in Security Program Management, overseeing classified including the compilation, storage and destruction of thousands of documents and materials all in accordance with regulations.

• Mentored, trained and equipped intelligence professionals in preparation for combat deployment. • Ensured intelligence professionals were organized as a team, trained to accomplish their individual and team missions, attached to their respective deploying units and appropriately reintegrated once they returned to the U.S. • Coordinated manning and systems support through Headquarters Marine Corps, ensuring deploying units had requisite human and computer resources to accomplish their missions.• Managed budgets of up to $17 million worth of computer hardware and military intelligence related equipment.

• Earned the designation of Master Instructor, logging over 3000 hours of classroom instruction. • Led six teams of up to 30 Marines through a 12 week curriculum spanning the intelligence cycle and earning them their professional credentials (MOS). • Developed a course cap-stone exercise that tested the students' intelligence skills and spanned nine days, 24 hours a day. • Updated, and often completely re-wrote blocks of intelligence curriculum in accordance with developing and newly approved learning objectives. • Organized and hosted Course Curriculum Review Boards that involved subject matter experts from across the Marine Corps.
