Management of the UK IT team providing Desktop and Server support, procurement, contract and Project management for all UK based staff, including Private Banking. Integral part of Operational Risk management team in London and the International IT support.Achievements:● Successfully managed the delivery of a 3rd party developed system, which was already overdue.● Implemented Change Management in line with ITIL practices.● Created systems and processes documentation, ensuring regularly maintained and reviewed to achieve improvements, such as reducing BCP RTO from 8 hours to 1 hour.● As a key member of the Move Project team, I oversaw the design of a new high specification Comms Room incorporating Fire Protection, Air conditioning, UPS, Generator connection and ensuring future proofing. The existing comms room equipment and desktops were required to be moved over one weekend. ● Project managed integration of London’s ING Asia Private Banking, including providing a solution for temporary location access.● Proposed network enhancement to both improve resilience and enhance BCP, which has now become the blueprint for all International offices.● Carried out annual BCP tests and bankwide BCP testing and passed internal audits based on regulatory MAS guidelines achieving good results on every occasion.● Reviewed AV solutions with various suppliers to provide streaming media delivery for the dealing room, meeting rooms and reception areas.

Management of the banks UK IT team, responsible for providing IT support and development work for 160 users over 5 UK sites.Achievements:• Undertook a storage review, following this 2 SANs were implemented• Reduced costs using Virtualisation to consolidate servers and improve availability• Significantly reduced time to invoke Business Continuity site from 1 day to 1 hour• Redirection of individual users phones to meet DR test requirements with Voice Recording• Successful annual BCP tests performed, using different personnel on each occasion• Implemented a Standard Server and Workstation build• Developed processes for Change management• Reviewed remote user solutions and proposal made to HO to introduce VMWare VDI, to reduce support costs, improve remote access and prevent data loss• Developed Eximbills trade finance system to user specific• 3 new offices set-up• Building refit carried out requiring move of 130+ users

Achievements:• Liaised directly with Essex County Council on its ‘Building on Success’ project, involving 200 moves per month.• End to end management of Service Requests, providing solutions and costings within agreed timescales• Developed procedures and workflows for the Service Requests Team• Responsible for the Monthly reporting of helpdesk and service request system
