As a Foreman for Teichert Construction's Energy and Utilities Solar Division, I am responsible for ensuring renewable energy projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and that employees are performing at the highest level. On job sites we construct commercial solar canopy structures and build/attach the solar panel cassettes. In addition, I have helped the company implement cost saving tools and time saving procedures currently being tested on an Orange County School District. I also manage employee hours and time cards, as well as expense reporting.

Solar Racking Solutions is a start up firm specializing in Commercial Solar construction. Because of the company's infancy, I wore several hats. I helped acquire new contracts, staff job sites, on-board new employees, and manage projects during the pre-construction phase. For each job site I also helped plan parts, labor and scheduling and served as a liaison between the owner and other suppliers and contractors. Additionally, it was my responsibility to use mathematical calculations to ensure the structures were built correctly. Finally, I worked daily in the field as both a Foreman and Superintendent to build the solar structures and manage labor teams.

M Bar C is a highly respected firm in the field of Commercial Solar Construction. My role as a Foreman was to oversee construction sites, manage teams of laborers and to ensure sites were completed correctly, on time and in a safe manner. Each site entailed installation of overhead solar car-ports designed to provide shade canopies as well as solar energy.

As a Foreman/Field Supervisor my role was to supervise and assist with installation of antennas, RRH's, Hybriflex, DC power, fiber, combiners, etc. It was also my responsibility to keep detailed progress updates using photos and notes to ensure standards were met in timeliness, quality and accuracy. In addition, I performed various supervisory and construction related tasks to ensure project completion.

Stucky & Sons was a telecom start up. They recruited me to be their field expert and help launch the company. My main role was to perform full cell site builds for AT&T cell sites. I hired, on-boarded and trained electricians, tower climbers, and laborers. Additionally, I performed Sweep, Fiber and PIM testing and trained others to do the same. Finally, I managed paperwork, time cards, photos, close out packages and performed employee field evaluations. The company eventually merged with ProCell.

My role as a foreman was to supervise and assist with all upgrade and expansion projects in San Diego and Los Angeles. I facilitated the opening of a satellite office in San Diego and coordinated all manpower, materials and equipment necessary to complete projects to their specifications. Additionally, I installed all aspects of cell site components including antennas, lines, diplexers, and amplifiers to ensure timely completion of projects.

As a Foreman with Broken Arrow I coordinated all manpower and materials for new-builds, modifications and upgrades of cellular and microwave sites. I performed various testing including sweep, fiber, and PIM. In addition, I performed various construction related tasks in order to minimize the use of subcontractors. It was also my responsibility to prepare reports, documentation and close out packages. Finally, I served as as a trainer for in-house tower rescue and safety.

As a Cellular Field Engineer and Program Specialist my duties were installing, programming and calibrating analog and digital equipment using a spectrum analyzer power meter and T bird. I traveled all over the United States and was responsible for training large groups of installers.

As a Foreman my chief responsibility was to work on cell sites. My work included tower climbing, antenna installations, microwave install and path alignment, equipment installations, trouble shooting and training new hires.
