In this role, I was responsible for leading a team of content marketers who created content for over a dozen customers. I was also responsible for building the strategy for those customers and making sure they stayed on course.

I started my Animalz career as a Content Manager. In this role, I wrote content and was the main point of contact for 3 clients at one time.

I used to be a freelance marketer. I specialized in content creation and getting that content in front of the right audience. I'm not talking about typical, boring blog posts. As a Marketing Coordinator, some of my responsibilities include:- Implementing the blog content strategy for Select's 3 blogs - HR, Hiring in Healthcare, and Safety Development.- Researching blog topics based off of an ever growing list of keywords that we need to rank for, and assigning those topics to our hiring consultants.- Writing and editing blog posts.- Promoting Select's blog posts with various tactics.- Writing website and email copy.- Producing mass emails that are sent to segments of Select's mailing list.- Implementing Select's social media strategy for both paid and organic social media efforts. - Coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services.- Managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.- Analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of Select's blog and social strategies. - Linkbuilding and running SEO analyses to determine Select's overall website effectiveness.

As a Solution Specialist at Select International, I fielded incoming leads and prospects from the company's website, trade shows, webinars, and other events sponsored by Select International. One of my primary roles was assessing the needs for selection and developmental tools of prospective clients through in-depth discussions. I also worked closely with marketing to create mass emails that were delivered to prospects and leads.

Support role for the Inside Sales department. Covered Senior Inside Sales Reps territories as needed. Helped create and send proposals to prospective and current customers. Worked on special projects as needed.

Worked to help organize materials for the Annual Conferences, including putting packets together for attendees, copying information, putting together agenda books, and a number of other general office tasks
