Led email development and deployment for thousands of emails through hundreds of campaigns with an average send of over 9,000. Led MarOps side of webinars by creating emails, registration landing pages, Zoom webinar rooms and workflows to transfer data from Marketo to SFDC. This also encompassed post webinar activity such as uploading the webinar recording, updating attendee status and filtering attendee questions for sales follow up.Managed tradeshow leads from sales team to successfully transfer from sales team mobile app to Marketo and to SFDC while keeping all notes reps attached to each record for future follow up. Owned weekly reporting of marketing email metrics to be shared with all stakeholders and providing analysis for each email highlighting high points and low points. Owned database cleanup efforts by identifying and removing stale contacts to reduce database costs and improve marketing segmentation.

Led all digital marketing efforts focusing an emphasis on improving brand image for potential employees. Created emails and other sales collateral for distribution to potential and existing clients. Reviewed all branding materials and established a style guide to ensure branding remained consistent. Constructed a new database to hold all contacts for marketing campaign purposes. Performed light website editing to bring in line with company branding standards.

Portland, Oregon Area

Led email marketing efforts through creating, managing and monitoring of e-blasts, newsletters, and announcements. As CRM administrator, I performed large scale analysis inside HubSpot to identify potential areas for improvement (both automated and non-automated) along with consistently ensuring accuracy of contacts for list segmentation and identifying the decaying contacts for exportation. Led efforts into a print ad campaign through researching, identifying target publication and Go-To-Market launch of the campaign. Researched and identified niche industry publications as part of a public relations program to further efforts into the authority marketing strategy. Designed and created marketing collateral materials as part of capital raise support to drive investments from high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Performed website editing to update investment marketplace as well as video editing to place on website as advertisement. Ensured all outgoing communications met branding and grammatical marketing standards.

Received and stocked all freight for the store. Delivered product to professional accounts in a quick and safe manner. Assisted customers locating product. Worked independently throughout the day.

Identified gaps in salesforce CRM, performed large scale data export and imported updated data to ensure accuracy. Created campaigns in salesforce for marketing purposes to achieve sales goals. Performed research for sales and marketing team support and identified clients ready for upsell opportunity. Prepared and transferred all social media content to new social media management system, maintaining social media accounts on facebook, twitter and LinkedIn.

Provided support for a variety of on ice promotions. Worked as part of a team to coordinate and execute lucky seat/row/section winners, distributed and collected for the Chuck-A-Puck promotion, assisted in the completion of the 3 stars autographs, assembled and dissembled intermission entertainment. Provided assistance with all other duties as needed.
