As a Producer at Lockton Companies, the world's largest privately held insurance brokerage and consulting firm, I help businesses in various industries manage their healthcare costs, employee benefits, and risk exposures. With 13 years of experience in insurance and employee benefits, I have developed expertise in areas including healthcare finance, total rewards, compliance, compensation, benefit technology, data analytics, and actuarial services.In addition to my consulting work, I am passionate about bringing people together to share knowledge and create progress. I co-founded thriveHR, a platform that connects and supports HR leaders in developing jobs, careers, cultures, and strategies for their organizations. I facilitate an executive leadership group (Maine Executives Talking), a public sector industry group (Northeast Government Executives Council) and started 253 for AMC, a not-for-profit project that raises awareness and funds to support people with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. Through these initiatives, I aim to influence positive change in the communities I serve. In addition to family, my passions include being outdoors, particularly skiing, riding bikes (and kind!), hiking, camping and playing soccer.
