Aside from its 'core' of being a modern, thriving church, LGCC also operates a conference and events centre. With oversight of the operational staff I ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the conference centre, as well as managing HR, Facilities and Health & Safety for all aspects of the organisation.

As Business Development Manager for a growing non-profit religious organisation I set up and now manage a conference and events venue. More recently I oversaw the transformation of a heritage property into a newly-opened purpose-designed independent school, the operation of which I now oversee on a day to day basis.
