Create and implement customized processes and strategies needed to successfully transition financial advisors and their clients to Raymond James. Provide education on technology systems, policies, procedures, compliance, marketing, and investment products. This education is conducted via conference calls, live meetings, and onsite at the branch office. Conduct home office sales meetings with prospects to discuss the process of moving their business to the firm and to provide them with an overview of the benefits of making the move to Raymond James. Partner with Asset Management, Sales Management, Business Development, Compliance and other various home office departments to coordinate the support of a transition. Act as branch manager for offices that do not have a registered principal. Responsible for branch and financial advisor compliance to firm and industry rules.
