Reduced complexity, potential for error, and enhanced audit trail.

Built Pricing Tracker to combine internal manual price tracking with external market and internet price tracking from multiple market research firms. Created automated Market Forecast Models for Product Managers.Automated monitoring of Commercial Investment activities within Category Marketing resulting in an 85% time saving (two hours plus reduced to 15 minutes). Created Commercial Investment modelling tools for use across Sony UK. Worked closely with EMEA SAP Business Warehouse team, building trust and confidence, resulting in key user privileges not normally granted to users within the Sales Companies. Built custom reporting models for various initiatives and investments with major partners. Conducted audit of EDI sell through data alongside retail partners, the Information Systems and Sales teams, leading to correction of major issues. Responsible for creation of £500m FY12 Budget reporting, monitoring and system issue troubleshooting, liaising with various European Business Units and Tokyo headquarters. Built tool to show total customer contractual discount terms, which had been inaccurate for FY11. Looked to as knowledge leader within UK Sales Company for Excel and SAP Business Warehouse.
