Matthew has over 15 years of General Contracting experience. His unique experience in the Ironworking field has enabled him to see many aspects of builds that most do not get to see. His strong leadership skills developed under the pressure of combat have been an asset to help him lead teams to successful missions. He has organized & facilitated in many erecting processes & has taken that skill set & adapted it well to our company. Matt has extensive experience with the various trades necessary to complete the process of any project. He attributes his time in the Marine Corps as being a strong basis for his discipline, problem solving skills and adaptability. He also believes that the strong values of teamwork and the shared accountability throughout all levels of the lines in the Marines has taught him how to create strong relationships that build strong bonds & correlate into strong projects.
