Currently, I am the gatekeeper for all contracts with DealerRater.com as well as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator and a Billing Specialist. When a contract from our Sales Department comes in, I enter it into our CRM ,Salesforce, and initiate the billing process using Quickbooks. I ensure accuracy by checking my work and performing an audit at the end to make sure all new business ties out between Quickbooks and Salesforce. In between doing all of this, I run an aging report at the beginning of each month and pound the phones to get those accounts over 60-days past-due to pay the piper. I also serve as the Billing Partner to all of the Salespeople in the company for all US accounts. I answer all of their questions in a timely manner and provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date billing info. I also ensure the integrity of out merchant accounts, send all emailed invoices, and perform many other ad hoc activities.
