As Trial Manager for iQBiotech, a startup regenerative agriculture biotech company, I manage multiple congruent field and laboratory trials on multiple agronomically important crops. The research I conduct examines the agroecosystem impact of biostimulants from the soil to the plant. This work included grant writing and management with multiple institutes and companies, coordinating crop management, fieldwork, data collection, and reporting for scientific and farming industries. Over the last two years, this work included managing 17 individual trials across 4 states on 7 crops with farmers, university researchers (Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, NC State), farm managers, and crop advisors. My work is currently focused on cotton field trials (NC and TX), looking at how the use of a protein hydrolysate (biostimulant) affects cotton production and second-generation seed quality (seed produced by plants that receive protein hydrolysate applications). The goal of this research is multifaced; however, it boils down to getting more profit for the farmer without further degrading the agroecosystem.

As the Outreach & Education Coordinator for the Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation I lead our RiverKids program, conduct outreach activities by organizing and/or participating in community events, and I promote environmental education efforts.

Interface with appropriate environmental personnel and ensure the unit is in compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Meet with battalion and installation personnel who deal with environmental issues. Identify requirements concerning ECAP inspections that may affect the unit and how to avoid or protect environmentally sensitive areas. Ensure the unit SOP addresses environmental issues/procedures and coordinates environmental requirements.

The AH-64D Armament/Electrical/Avionic Systems Repairer is primarily responsible for supervising, inspecting, and performing maintenance on the armament, electrical, and avionic systems of the AH-64D helicopter, a twin-engine attack helicopter. Some of your duties as an AH-64D Armament/Electrical/Avionic Systems Repairer may include:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions in the AH-64D armament, electrical, and avionic systems and components. Perform maintenance authorized modifications and alignment on weapons components, fire control units, sighting elements, and electronic and mechanical devices. Perform operational and preventive checks on aircraft flight controls, stabilization systems, avionics, and controlled cryptographic equipment. Troubleshoot equipment wiring harnesses. Test, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic equipment. Maintain records on weapons and subsystems.
