Senior Advisor to the Garrison Commander of an overseas garrison activity serving as a forward based global power projection platform. Responsible for the infrastructure maintenance and upkeep, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of all facilities. Responsible for a ($10B) new construction effort associated with the relocation of U.S. Forces. Responsible for the health, welfare, security, and all garrison supported services (HR, public works, master planning, mail, fitness facilities, education centers, shopping, child care, etc...) for the installation. Conducts community relations with local city, province and national leadership to build partner capacity and enhance political and military relations. Responsible for the force protection and security of over 13,000 personnel.

Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Battalion Commander. Responsible for the readiness and deployment of a globally responsive Airborne Special Troops Battalion supporting a Brigade Combat Team. Required to deploy within 18 hours of notification. Responsible for manning, equipping, training, and leading three disparate skill sets that support overall combat operations; engineer, signal, and military intelligence.
