***Spring 2020 update - I am currently OOO for a while , cutting my teeth as a rookie Sherpa in the Himalayan Mountains, see you all after the Apocalypse *** Partnering with a number of the most successful leading technology firms and venture capital funds in the San Francisco Bay Area Startup community, I work directly with many of the CEO’s and executive management of those organizations to help them build out and grow their teams. I do that by making selectively targeted introductions to some of the best talent in the Bay Area. All are industry leaders positioning for growth who have come to expect that I will introduce them to only the brightest people I know. My role is to stay informed of the market and to network with talented individuals who stand out among their peers as top performers but who are not having their needs met in their current situation. I assist them in keeping their career growth on track by providing a channel to quietly explore their options for when the timing is right and they are genuinely motivated to make a change for the better.
