I have worked in PLCs, private equity backed and privately owned businesses which have been in growth, turnaround and merger/acquisition situations. My successes include developing high performing leadership teams, leading large numbers of people in growth situations, developing change strategies whilst delivering industry leading customer experience.In my role as a Vistage Group Chair I am now sharing what I have learnt during my career and lead a private advisory board for CEOs and business owners. My aim is to help them think differently, gain insights, make better decisions, take bold action and generate meaningful results.Vistage groups provide the perfect sounding board for business leaders as they drive their business through the complexity of today’s markets. The group typically contains 12 to 16 CEO's, each one is there to help themselves and their peers achieve better business success. We spend quality time together each month to discuss issues, test assumptions, uncover opportunities and hold one another accountable for taking action.
