He leads and manages the development of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate (NCRMD) Performance Measure Dashboard; reporting and delivering a monthly performance update to both the NCRMD and MTF Commanders. As a training instructor and member of the CAPE Analytical Training Road Show team, Mr. Dye provided hands on training to the Healthcare Business Operations and analyst personnel of the MTF facilities within the NCRMD. Mr. Dye contributes to the development of the NCR eMSM (enhanced multi-service market) 5-year business performance plan; routinely constructing performance measures, establishing performance targets and identifying initiatives to improve clinical and business operations throughout the market. He possesses an active role in the NCR eMSM Performance Plan Working Group, supporting the collaboration and standardization of business processes across 16 MTF commands and 3 uniformed services.
