Responsible for the delivery of all services by the engineering team at Webapper. The services include ColdFusion/Lucee support, Amazon Managed Hosting, and various software development projects.Other responsibilities include consulting and software sales, SeeFusion support, and deliver of consulting services. Created a hosting portal for our customer base so they can manage their AWS EC2 Server, Load Balancers, Backups, and Security Groups without using the AWS console; it also takes Service Requests and then forwards them to Amazon if one of our team members does not react to the request within 15 minutes.

We deliver value through professional services, application development, and code and architecture reviews.Our iterative approach to projects ensures success in every situation, no matter how difficult or abrupt. One thing we have learned is that everbody makes their own assumptions, it takes constant communication and interaction (iterations) to develop an application and implement a system that incorporates every aspect of our customers' needs.

Matt is responsible for selling, booking, and delivering Flex, ColdFusion and Flash services. He manages engagements, assigns resources, and maintains relationships with customers that request these services.Also acted in a Pre-Sales Support capacity, working with the sales team to present the company's expertise, vision, and skills. Developed and presented proposals, prototypes, and migration plans as necessary. The sales team, the CEO, and I doubled the revenue of the company every year for 4 consecutive years.Matt also personally delivers consulting services for the following technologies: ColdFusion. He specializes in ColdFusion Performance and has delivered more than one hundred ColdFusion Performance Analysis and Tuning engagements to a variety of company types and sizes. To keep his ColdFusion skills up to date, Matt develops ColdFusion applications when he isn’t helping a customer improve their performance. He is also a certified Acrobat Connect installer and trainer, and he has developed applications that interface with the Connect XML API.

As owner/operator of this Internet consulting company, Matt completed a large Spectra project (Content Management System) for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (http://www.cme.com). This project included a public facing site and an extensive Intranet content management site (for creating, reviewing, and publishing web site content). He also completed a testing cycle for Schlumberger's European division that helped enhanced the performance of an Intranet Application as well as added the assurance needed to proceed with a successful application launch. Presented "Considerations for Building Very Large ColdFusion Web Sites" at the Macromedia Developers Conference.

Participated in all levels of ColdFusion and Macromedia Spectra consulting engagements including but not limited to Diagnostic and Troubleshooting, Architecture Review, Performance Analysis and Tuning, Site Design/Development, Deployment Readiness Review, Deployment Support, Code Review, and Mentoring. Was instrumental in the architecture and development of two large content management sites built using Macromedia Spectra. Effectively employed Segue's load testing tool (silkPerformer) to test performance and tune web sites built with ColdFusion.

As prt of Allaire's Top Gun Consulting team, my job was to parachute into a company for a period of 3 to 5 days and fix their problems, review their infrastructure/architecture, or bring them up to speed on some specfific ColdFusion functionality.
