Built the Spacesaver new product project pipeline to over $20 million in solid projects in less than 18 months. Launched nine new products in the span of 24 months increasing the revenue from products launched in the last five years by 100%. Led the creation and implementation of a new, streamlined innovation and project execution process incorporating Design Thinking methods. Led the execution of this process from ideation through new product introduction and following up with post-launch reviews. Improved the time-to-market for new products to an average of just over six months from project kick-off to launch. Directed new product-focused customer and market research initiatives resulting in new product and service opportunities. Established a prioritized list of acquisition targets to expand the product portfolio leading to a recent acquisition strengthening Spacesaver’s position in the Museum vertical market. Built and executed corporate strategy as an integral member of Spacesaver’s executive management team since 2005 and Spacesaver’s advisory board since 2012.

Developed market definition, market segmentation, and market sizing. Monitored market trends and developed winning strategies to leverage them. Developed the annual sales budget by vertical market, product category and sales channel. Led the product management team to drive product and pricing strategy. Drove the product portfolio management process. Engineered and executed a major strategic initiative to improve the performance of the core sales channel through the use of actionable data. Developed metrics, goals, improvement plans and distribution agreements for independent sales channel partners. Created the corporate business intelligence and analytics function to provide visibility to key performance data. Led the annual Strategic Sales and Marketing meeting with ownership Spacesaver board members.
