Fully responsible for the Contract & Procurement Division and Administration Division from the area of procurement, administration, general warehouse and outlet operations. Lead the Divisions with a clear career prospect to the subordinates, providing all necessary guidance, motivation and supports.Lead the Division of Contract & Procurement to implement effective administrative process controls to ensure data integrity and the smooth operation of the tendering process; develop procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and create synergies for the Company. • Provide insightful and innovative solutions in strategic sourcing and analytic domain. • Be responsible for contract review and effective negotiation to leverage favorable pricing, terms and conditions for the Company’s best interests. • Interim quality review and evaluation of the products and services delivered by the suppliers / service providers ensuring the quality meet or exceed corporate standards.• Develop procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and create synergies for the Company.

Lead the Procurement team to manage the day-to-day operations of the Division; evaluate purchase requisitions for compliance to established business controls, including contract terms, risk assessment, pricing, supplier selection, and take appropriate actions to ensure the required level of business control are met. Optimize price, quality, reliability and timelines through effective tendering, contractual and negotiation processes.

Responsible for the overall operations including Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Product Development and After Sales Service for Case Goods and Upholstery Furniture to North America.

Provide in-house technical support and professional consultation, mainly on system implementation and business analysis, network infrastructure design, project management and user support.

Manage a team of system engineers and programmers in Mainland China to provide a full spectrum of IT service and solutions. Such as system design and development, system implementation and maintenance, network infrastructure refinement and user training.

Supervise a team of system engineers and technicians to provide technical support to both internal and external users. Mainly on system analysis and implementation, network infrastructure design, project management, resources and cost control as well as business process analysis.
