Lead development of digital marketing programs designed to increase revenue and on and off site traffic for internal and external clients.Oversee and manage the digital team and all digital campaigns including but not limited to SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Social Media, and Programmatic. Responsible for ensuring all goals are met or surpassed by developing strategy and identifying areas of improvement through detailed data analysis, testing and optimization, all while increasing brand awareness and driving down CPA and CPL’s while acting as a lead strategist on all digital accounts.Additional primary duties include:Point person for identifying, managing, and implementing third party resources, vendors and softwares Assist Agency Director and President/CEO with managing and growing the digital departmentHiring, managing, and leading a team of digital marketing professionals to deliver the lasted digital marketing solutionsMaintain digital certifications including Google, Facebook, BING/Microsoft, SharpSpring, and moreOversee and manage all digital marketing budgets and develop and produce reports for clients and accountingNegotiate pricing with vendors for marketing technology softwareAccount planning, strategy development and management of PPC/SEO/SMM for key clientsAssist sales team, account managers/executives, and President on client discovery, proposal creation, project estimation and client pitches
