Lodging Service Associate
CurrentØ Help team members acquire skills (including new hire training and daily work process training), achieve targets/goals with working on analysis daily/monthly performanceØ Build and maintain good relationship with property partners via pitching and negotiating deals to make property com-petitiveØ Responsible for onboarding and maintenance of the independent properties Ø Educate partners on tools and processes that will optimize their product on sites while encouraging them to self-serveØ Offer financial transaction support (disputes, questions, etc.) to partnersØ Work closely with team members with assisting bulk maintenance requests via bulk toolØ Proactively raise systemic issues and process gaps, collaborate with internal teams to address critical hotel partner issues via test & learns, content, or process improvement
