My passion for programming sparked ever since the "Hour of Code" in middle school when all I knew was block programming. Now, I have taught programming in middle schools, high schools, and after-school programs and through that, have been able to share that same passion with others. As well, I am an advocate for women in STEM, especially computer science, and so I taught through programs such as Girls Who Code in my former middle school and high school, and Code/Art, a non-profit organization in Miami, during my high school years.
