Michael McCabe is a Partner at Munck Wilson Mandala and is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has extensive courtroom experience representing companies in complex business and employment litigation matters. Michael also frequently negotiates and prepares executive employment agreements and covenants not to compete for employers, and regularly counsels clients on labor and employment issues.
