As Director of Content Management, I bridged the gap between the Loansifter Content Team, Loansifter Processing Team, Optimal Blue Content Team and Optimal Blue Processing Teams. As leader of these four groups I was able to find shared processes and reduce redundancies. I designed new processes that brought the teams together with shared efforts. I was successful training Loansifter team members on Optimal Blue and vice versa, allowing team members to be more versatile and not limited to the software that they service.During my time as Director, we were able to double the size of the Optimal Blue Content Team and bring widespread Wholesale Mortgage Content to Optimal Blue for the first time.
