Divisional Sales Manager (Senior Manager)

Monitor & coordinate the activities of AM/ASM/TSM/TSO/Senior Executive/ Exicutive/SSO/SO.I have a large team members 101 person but also them directly reporting to me 19 person such as 13 employees Branch manager, 6 employees’ territory & area sales manager. Monitor the activities of the Distributors & their field forces. Implement the Company Objectives in the market. Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales. Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list. Monitor and guide the activities of sales center (company owned) if any. Ensure merchandising at the outlets (Retail & Wholesale) in his region. Provide regular feedback to the Management. Identify and solve market related problems. Motivate the Sales Forces for achieving 100% target. training the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development. Cable, FAN, Light, switch sockets and MCB ( Circuit becker) Sales administrative activities in collaboration with General sales manager and Sales Administration.
