Handle CP-related settlement, arbitration, claims, off-hire & and other legal issues in coordination with P&I club, underwriter, and solicitor as required.6. Handle shipping B/Ls, cargo insurance, shipping documents, and LOI as required. 7. Monitoring the vessel's daily performance to ensure normal operating standards are met.8. Co-ordinate & and follow up with the Port officials, Customs, and handling agent to avoid delay in the Berthing of the Vessel. & Follow up with the Port Stevedoring authorities for quicker Discharging/Loading of the cargo.9.
