Implementation Manager
Current• Provide technical support to all associates or Field executives, according to everyday workflow.• Provides training to clients for better understand how to use it(app, dashboard etc) efficiently.• Preparing different types of use cases for strategic operations to run in field efficiently• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues of the client/associates• Work with team to develop and maintain standard operating procedures that improve performance and optimize.• Work closely with Account managers to identify potential issues and risks.• Identify organizational needs for new software or technology that will help with efficiency and/or performance• Ensures that project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
