Most recently I redesigned the Mind the Product brand and the accompanying design system: https://www.mindtheproduct.com/refreshing-the-mind-the-product-brand-for-the-next-decade/From early 2018 - late 2019 I worked with the existing brand, created a refreshed visual language and a library of reusable components to help speed up development of various features of the Mind the Product online experience. During the Mind the Product London 2018 and 2019 conferences I helped run a design research lab, conducting user interviews so that I could better understand the needs of real users of the site.Being part of the Mind the Product team has been a fantastic experience and offered me some brilliant insight into the product world.
