Managed Northwest Harvest's Salesforce CRM as solo system administrator through functions such as reports and dashboards, automation via Process Builder and Flow, permissions, integration support, NPSP maintenance, data imports with Data Loader, ensuring data integrity, new user creation and onboarding, and other functions. Triaged and project managed all CRM-related system requests and implementations, oversaw all Salesforce vendor relationships, and championed user adoption.Spearheaded Advancement process improvements and efficiencies. Directed fundraising operations by overseeing gift entry and revenue reconciliation, supporting the team in review and troubleshooting of various donation workflows and online donation systems, maintaining documentation, and generating complex philanthropy reports. Hired and supervised Advancement Operations Senior Specialist and seasonal gift entry staff. Coordinated communications between Community Philanthropy and Finance staff, and kept Chief Advancement Officer apprised of necessary data efforts. Led technical trainings and provided technical support, particularly in regard to Salesforce, Asana, Teams, and SharePoint.
