As the Marketing Project Coordinator at the Georgia Baptist Mission Board, I had the opportunity to oversee each project from discovery to completion. During my 3 years here, I coordinated over 350 complex marketing projects. These projects included resource development, marketing campaigns, video production, and event planning. Over the course of a project, I would meet with clients to gather details, prepare task lists for each team member and keep track of their assignments, and ensure that projects are delivered on time by tracking the overall timeline of each project. This role required an extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. I also worked with various graphic designers to provide design direction on promotional materials and coordinated all aspects of vendor management to ensure quality service on each project.In my role, I loved every opportunity I had to be creative, from designing visually appealing graphics, writing compelling content, and creating landing pages for events.
