Green Teen, a program of Cornell University Cooperative Extension, empowers urban youth to be effective community change-agents by immersing them in the local food system. • Developed capabilities and skills of vulnerable groups of teenagers through teaching financial literacy, entrepreneurship, healthy cooking, and sustainable farming techniques. • Expanded the program's impact and integration into the community through building relationships with farmers, local business owners, educators, and local government leaders.
