I cover the Upstate New York territory supporting three sales teams, provide medical staff training, and patient education for a Specialty Biologic Injectable. Role responsibilities include assisting various levels of HCP's with access and fulfillment of product often through a Specialty Pharmacy, facilitating patient educational needs, collaborating with Sales team to grow market and drive sales in a highly competitive territory. I am required to be self-directed, assertive, adaptable, accountable and knowledgeable with strong clinical, sales, presentation, and relationship building skills. I collaborate with a diverse Sales team to drive product demand and meet the needs of health-care providers and patients for NRx/TRx metrics.
