**TUPE from existing employer**• Responsible for coordinating and supporting the mobilisation of the SWIMS system within developer services by providing training to field teams and office users using the SWS Mobile Application and Information Management System. • Work alongside Streetworks Software to test and improve the system to ensure it is fit for purpose and user friendly out on the field and for office users.• Performance reporting on field team compliance, productivity and service credits.• Stock Control Administration.

Some of my responsibilities included:*Managing and maintaining various parts of our working fleet of company vehicles including ordering new full spec vehicles, ensuring vehicles are booked in and out of repair.- Reacting to breakdowns to ensure dig gangs are back on the road as soon as possible.- Pro actively liaising with mobile fitters to ensure maintenance inspections are carried out and minor repairs are dealt with quickly.*Collating employees timesheet's and submitting data to payroll.*Monitoring holiday and sickness*Managing the staff roster*Stationary Orders*Managing Penalty Charge Notices issued to company vehicles and liaising with Accounts department and Quantity Surveyors in order to make payments/deductions.*Updating company fuel card reports and issuing to Quantity Surveyors.*Monitoring abuse of company mobile phones.

Some of my responsibilities included:*Checking permits for jobs planned for that day.*Uploading jobs onto internal SWIMS database.*Scheduling daily work out to dig gangs and maintaining a whereabouts spreadsheet with an up to date status of each job assigned to each dig gang.*Liaising with Thames Water for valve operations and emergency jobs.*Updating notes in jobs using SAP with any issues or status updates.* Customer call backs on emergency jobs updating them estimated time of arrivals and maintaining a spreadsheet log.
