Executive Assistant
Current- Extensive domestic and international business travel – cost/ budget management, transport logistics, flight and accommodation bookings, visas, foreign currency
- Diary management
- Board / Committee presentations and reports – document production, formatting and collating
- Full coordination of meetings with external parties, clients and internal staff - invitations/ RSVPs, room bookings/setup, equipment needs, and catering as required
- Support with document creation, particularly word processing and PowerPoint presentations
- Event coordination
